Dagashi Bakery is my go-to place for bread! I love knowing that their bread is made with simple, real ingredients, especially compared to many store-bought options loaded with unnecessary preservatives and additives. And honestly, the bread is simply THE BEST; fresh, soft, and so good! But it doesn’t stop at the bread. Their shawarma and meat pies are amazing, and don’t even get me started on the Lagos donuts… absolutely to die for! 😩🔥 Everything I’ve tried has been delicious. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ DaGashi bakes! Wow! We had a wonderful experience! The cakes were fresh, beautifully decorated, and tasted absolutely amazing, not overly sweet, just perfectly balanced. I also tried the bread, and you can really tell it's made with quality ingredients. It was soft, fresh, and full of flavor. The donuts were another highlight. They were light, fluffy, and delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness. Everything looked freshly made, and the presentation was excellent. What impressed me even more was the outstanding customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed. It's refreshing to find a bakery that consistently delivers both quality products and exceptional service. I highly recommend this bakery to anyone looking for delicious cakes, fresh bread, and amazing donuts. I'll definitely be coming back!

I support Black-owned businesses, which is why I reached out to DaGashi Bakes. Customer service begins before the product is purchased and my one star review was given for "service." For me, the ordering process is part of the overall customer experience, and my review reflects that experience...not the baking or the quality of their products. I initially reached out through both their online contact form and by text to inquire about a basic 6 inch vanilla bean birthday cake that I saw on their website, but I never received a response. The following day, I called the bakery and spoke with a gentleman who answered the phone but seemed unsure about how to help me or what I was requesting. He asked if I would "call back after 2 p.m." to speak with someone. About an hour later, I received a call back from a woman who explained that they thought my number was spam. I appreciated the follow-up, but when I explained that I simply wanted to order a small 6 inch vanilla bean birthday cake, I was told I would need to either Zelle 100% of the payment upfront or come into the bakery to pay in full before the order would be accepted. The Lagos donuts are amazing. I don’t know anywhere else in metro Atlanta that has these. Jelly filled or plain, they are fluffy and pillowy soft. The taste of their warm donuts makes you want more. The fresh baked coconut Agege is so good. All the Agege bread varieties are must tries. While you’re there, get the meat pies. Their meat pies are stuffed with goodness. The crust is flaky and delicious. The meat pie is a bonafide whole meal - not like others that are all crust and no filling. Skip the other places and go straight to DaGashi Bakes. Call ahead otherwise you wait a bit, but the staff are very friendly and there is comfortable seating. I’d be there all the time if I didn’t live so far away!

I ordered a platter with assorted pastries and small chops, sharwama, sweet, coconut and golden bread. My order was neatly packed.All pastries were fresh and absolutely delicious. The bread was also perfect in taste and texture. The items made were undoubtedly made with the best ingredients and care.I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you DaGashi Bakes!
